Standard Delivery (3-5) business days - £3.95 per product
Express Delivery (48 hours) - £5.95 per product
Your order will usually arrive within 5 working days. If the delivery time is important to you, please send us an e-mail, quoting the order number and we will try our best to dispatch the order quickly. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESSES WITHIN THE UK.
We try to display items which are currently in stock, however if your item is not in stock for any reason, your order will be placed on back order and we will endeavour to keep you updated with an estimated delivery date.
You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order and your money will be refunded in full if you would rather not wait.
Returns – unwanted/faulty items
If you have any reason to return goods, please advise us by e-mailing info@snugglemypet.com and include the reason for returning along with your order number. A returns number will be issued to you along with the return address.
If you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days from receipt, you may return the goods to us. The items must unopened and unused. Please follow the returns procedure above. Upon safe receipt, we will refund the price of goods only. Postage and packing charges for sending or returning the goods cannot be refunded.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods from us, please inform us and return the goods, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped. In this case, we will refund the return postage costs..
We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit that are being returned to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery to obtain proof of posting.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
