Terms & Conditions
Every effort is made to ensure that products are in stock for prompt despatch. Should we be out of stock of any item, we will offer you a replacement or refund at the earliest opportunity. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering.
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, colours and prices are correct and endeavour to be as accurate as possible. All sizes are approximate.

Payment methods
Pets Planet Ltd only accepts payment with order. The billing address which you supply must be the address to which the credit/debit card is registered, we do not accept P.O. Box numbers for a billing address. You can have a different address for the delivery address.
Should you wish to pay by cheque, please print a copy of your order and send this with your cheque to the address below. Goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared and we have the funds in our bank. Please make cheques payable to Pets Planet Ltd.
