WE WANT YOU TO BE SAFE. WE CONTINUE TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO OUR ESSENTIAL WORKERS, AND THANK THEM FOR THEIR DEDICATION AND COMMITMENT TO KEEPING OUR COMMUNITY UP AND RUNNING.
If you cancel visits more than 3 days in advance, other than holidays, there is no cancellation charge.
If you cancel within 24 hours of services to be provided, cancellations will be charged at 50% the rate for the first 24 hours of scheduled visits, then 20% for the remaining scheduled visits.
On week days when St. Lucie and/or Martin County public schools are closed due to inclement weather, or holidays, cancellation fees will of course be waived.
All reservations for major holiday periods will require an advance paid deposit of 50% at the time of booking, and there will be a 25% cancellation fee of that deposit for holiday reservations cancelled without ten (10) days advance notice.
Why are cancellation policies important to Snuggles and the pet sitting business?
At Snuggles we take your travel seriously! We want to be here for you when you need us, be it travel for work or pleasure or unexpected travel. Travel can be hard enough, we want to be the EASIEST thing about your trip planning. It is therefore very important for us to be as flexible as possible with our calendar, and we rarely turn people away. It has been our mission to take great care of our clients, and we understand changes can sometimes occur. Typically we'll be very flexible, and those of you who know us, know this is true because you've experienced it. We want to continue to be flexible and understanding. Ongoing cancellations may require us to invoke the policy, just to ensure fairness to all involved.
Our cancellation polices are put in place so that Snuggles can serve our pets & clients in the most efficient & effective manner possible. We won't always enforce them, but it is important to have them. Thank you, most sincerely.
